Free consult about selling your house

We will visit your home to discuss the possible sale and to view the property. We record information about the home (such as the type of home, size, architectural quality, etc.) and explain the next steps.

After our appointment, we investigate the value, tactical asking price and home presentation. We share this information with you in a clear sales advice report.

(Legal) Preparations

There is an obligation to provide asked information when selling a home. As a seller, you must inform the buyer about the properties of the house and the surrounding soil.

During an appointment, we guide you in completing questionnaires and the list of movable property. In addition, we discuss the sales strategy with you. This includes how we deal with multiple bids, depending on the developments in the housing market.

Preparing the presentation of your house

We use specialists to present your home in a professional manner. Our photographer will come by to take attractive photos and, if desired, a video.

In addition, we work with a draftsman who makes the floor plan. This gives the potential buyer a good impression of the property. We also provide the text for a complete home presentation.

Viewings

Negotiations

Agreement with the buyer

When agreement on the sale has been reached, we draw up the draft purchase agreement and email this agreement to all parties.

After approval we invite all parties to digitally sign the final deed of sale. After any reservations have expired (for example, obtaining a mortgage or a building inspection) your home is sold.

Last Steps

The notary chosen by the buyer sends the title deed and mortgage deed to all parties for verification. After this we check the title deed. The notary will then invite you for the transfer of ownership.

We plan and supervise the final inspection. We also check the house and take the meter readings.
